If you do not have your packing slip, please include a letter with your returned items that includes the following information:
Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you. For your protection, we suggest you securely pack and insure your return, as we cannot give credit for damaged or lost shipments. Please return your product to the following address. We will process your return according to your instructions.

If you received the wrong product, your product is damaged on receipt or if you have any questions regarding our return policy, please contact us at (800) 388-3872 for assistance. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, excluding holidays.
- Return item within 30 days of receipt
- In original packaging and in new, unused condition. Used items will not be accepted.
- With original purchase receipt. Please keep a copy for your record.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are made in the form of the original tender. For credit card purchases, it may take up to 2 billing cycles for refund credit to appear on your statement.
- How to return an item:

- Returning unwanted items
i. Refunds for unwanted items will be for the price you paid for the product only.
ii. If multiple products were ordered and only part of the order is to be returned then refund would be only the price of the product returned.
iii. Refund for unwanted items/products will be done in the form of Meyer credit voucher or exchange of product with the same or higher value.
iv. Refund for unwanted items/product to be done in the form of exchange of product will not be with a product of lower value.
v. For exchange, refunds or resolution of your issue it can take up to a max. of 15 working days of processing from the date of receiving the product.
- Received incomplete/damaged shipment
i. If you have received an incomplete/damaged shipment, please always write to us at our customer care email or fill our contact us form on the website.
ii. You must notify us of any items received damaged or items missing from an order within 24 hours of receipt. Please email or call us following the process at the bottom of this page.
- Faulty Items
i. If you think your item is faulty, please always write to us at our customer care email or fill our contact us form on the website.
ii. The manufacturer’s product guarantee terms and conditions will apply (for period of guarantees please refer to the Use & Care instructions supplied with the product). Your statutory rights will not be affected.
iii. If you wish to exchange an item you must inform us on your first request to us. Please note that we will refund returns postage costs on faulty goods only.
