People are asking...

Where is this product designed and made?
It's designed by the Meyer Labs team in California and Hong Kong, and made at our top-of-the-line manufacturing campus in beautiful coastal Thailand, near Si Racha (of hot sauce fame!).

We're originally founded in Hong Kong but have global offices and teammates from around the world, including Japan, Italy, Australia, the UK, Korea, and elsewhere.
Why should I trust the quality of these products?
They're made by Meyer, one of the world's top cookware makers with a 70+ year heritage, and the makers behind KitchenAid, Hestan, Circulon, and Anolon cookware.
What are the pans made of?
The stockpot and lids are made from heavy gauge, premium white stainless steel makes for the best performance in boiling and steaming. The handles are made from a special high temperature silicone for added comfort, oven-safety, and finger-protecting insulation. The pans are finished with a high-heat, oven-safe matte black exterior and stainless steel induction bases.
How can I get food to not stick to my stainless steel? How do I know when my pan is hot enough to start cooking?
To fry on stainless steel without sticking, heat the pan for a bit and dash ⅛ teaspoon of water onto the cooking surface. Check for the following:

  • Water bubbles and steams - you’re getting close
  • Water sizzles while tiny beads dance across the surface of the pan - getting closer
  • One or two big beads form immediately upon dropping them onto the pan. Bingo!
  • If the pan is too hot, your water will break up into many medium beads that glide across the pan surface. If this happens, remove pan from heat for a few seconds before trying again.

Once you’ve hit the sweet spot, dry the pan with a dish towel and add oil. After a few seconds, add your food. It should stick less.
