LOVE THIS SAUCEPAN!
"This is an amazing saucepan.. I can not emphasize that enough. It is the perfect weight, the perfect, non-stick material, and the perfect shape. Weight - the saucepan has a very nice weight - not too heavy, but heavy enough that it won't tip over at the slightest nudge. It also stays on the stove nicely when stirring contents. Non-stick - holy non-stick batman! This is one of the best pans I have used. Cream sauces which are notorious for sticking to my stainless steel pans are easily wiped clean. It is a delicate texture though so you have to be careful to only use plastic/rubber or wood utensils as anything metal will destroy it. Shape - it has a unique shape - rather than sides that are either vertical or taper down (wide top, narrow bottom), this has wide bottom that, as you can see from the pictures, narrows and then opens up. This is perfect for keeping the contents in the pan. I would highly recommend this to everyone!"

I never have to use a pot holder when removing the saucepan from the stove. Everything cooks evenly. I absolutely love this saucepan!"

"I bought this saucepan about a month ago as my other ones are starting to wear thin. I am so glad that I did. This is honestly the best quality saucepan I have ever had. Others that I’ve had said they were nonstick but really weren’t. This one is! And a neat feature is that it’s oven proof as well. That I love! It is also dishwasher safe but really is so easy to clean that I just hand wash. Will definitely be buying more!"

What are the pans made of?
The frypan, chef's pan, and saucepan are made from high-conductivity aluminum with a triple-bonded nonstick finish for super fast heating and ease of cooking in frying, sauteing, and simmering. The handles are made from a special high temperature silicone for added comfort, oven-safety, and finger-protecting insulation. The pans are finished with a high-heat, oven-safe matte black exterior and stainless steel induction bases.
What is the nonstick surface made of?
A ceramic-reinforced, high heat-resistant, chemically non-reactive, non-bioavailable, non-bioaccumulative polymeric material that is triple-bonded to the aluminum substrate and toughened to last as long as possible. Now that's a mouthful!
