"I think it lacks in quality. After the second use of one of the pans it looks scratched. I used the utensils you sent as a gift and hand washed it with a soft sponge. Now the pot, the bigger one, also looks scratched. This pots should not look like that after a few uses, it has been really disappointing. I tried to send pictures through your webpage but it was difficult to find the right option, every time I tried it would not give me the right option."
"I'm giving a 4 stars because of the stainless steel pot in this set. I don't use it often and the first time I used it white spots remain in the bottom of the pot. I tried water and vinegar as your guide suggested, but that doesn't seem to work. But otherwise all the non stick pans are great! Easy to cook in, easy to clean!"
"I'm enjoying this set so far. Lots of positives, and I like the quality of the material and handle, the versatility of the lids, and the tools that came with it. There are some tools which would have been nice to have, such as a pasta spoon, or tongs. Some of the other tools seem redundant. The only thing I've noticed is that the large pot is not as non-stick as the others. Because of this the item i was making burned and left some white reside at the bottom, which i havent been able to get off yet. Otherwise good, and highly recommended!"
